They were smitten by this home’s industrial charm. The unit was already in good shape, but after moving in, they decided to hire local interior designer Decorotation to remodel the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. The design team knocked it out of the park with this facelift. The kitchen has a sleek minimal feel but has a ton of storage. For entertaining space, Jeff & Ayleen had a custom table made and used the same countertop material for the tabletop.

A few years into their ownership, they grew their family by one after having their first child. About a year later, they asked me to stop by their place for a visit.
